Balmoral Land (UK) Ltd. are bringing forward proposals for much-needed new homes and possible community facilities on land east of Swindon Road, Wroughton.

The land is approximately 25 hectares in total, and sits immediately east of Swindon Road and south of the M4.

 It is suitable for up to c.435 market and affordable homes, a possible convenience store, highways improvements and substantial landscaping which would include more than 5 hectares of public open space and a 7-hectare ecological park.
